Assistant Product Marketing / Growth Manager (3-4 Years Experience, 2 Vacancies)
At Fatakpay, we are building a financial super app for the underserved workforce, providing instant loans, insurance, and gold investments. A key focus for us is retaining users, improving engagement, and increasing repeat transactions through data-driven marketing strategies.
We are looking for Assistant Product Marketing / Growth Managers who are hands-on executioners in running omnichannel retention campaigns across push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and web notifications. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on campaign execution, analytics, and increasing user loyalty.
Role Overview:
The Assistant Product Marketing / Growth Manager will be responsible for executing retention marketing strategies by leveraging marketing automation platforms like WebEngage, Netcore, and MoEngage. This individual will track user engagement, optimize marketing funnels, and improve first-party data collection for personalized outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize omnichannel retention campaigns (push, email, WhatsApp, SMS, web notifications).
- Track and analyze conversion rates, open rates, CTRs, CR%, and reachability across channels.
- Work on user segmentation and behavioral targeting to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Enhance first-party data by implementing user attribute grooming strategies and website on-site surveys.
- Identify and track active vs. inactive users and implement reactivation strategies.
- Collaborate with the product and tech teams to design automated marketing journeys.
- Manage marketing automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, and Netcore.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.

- Increased repeat transactions and user retention.
- Higher engagement rates across marketing channels.
- Improved conversion rates from registered users to active borrowers.
- Better first-party data collection and enriched user segmentation.
- Effective use of automation tools to reduce manual execution time.
Who You Are:
- 3-4 years of experience in product marketing, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation tools (WebEngage, MoEngage, Netcore, CleverTap).
- Strong execution skills in running SMS, push, email, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for user behavior tracking and engagement strategies.
- Experience in fintech or consumer-tech companies is a plus.
