Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for entire P&L for the city

- Drive capital efficacy in the program by reducing asset NPAs, reducing risks, improvising operational parameters.

Business Expansion:

- Formulating detailed revenue strategies which can bring in unlock new business and maximize the revenue from existing channels.

- Facilitates the execution as per the current operating plan set up by the management to achieve revenue targets.

- Working collaboratively with the all the Team members and ensuring that the strategy is communicated and easily understood by all throughout the organization. So that all the team member's works towards a single goal.

- Ensures that appropriate metrics and reporting are in place to measure performance and progress towards strategic goals.

- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve on the conversions (or) sales on the platforms.

- Work closely with the data science team to get proper data insights and use business understanding to innovate & improve processes thereby driving overall business and revenue growth.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Overall of 2-4 years with a strong pedigree from Tier 1 institutes (full time).

- Immediate Joiner is preferred

- Strong towards P&L activities

- Should have exposure towards FMCG/ E-commerce industry.

- People Management Skills

- Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment.

- Ability to understand businesses and markets and passion to sell/convince is crucial

- Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multitasking and deal with multi stakeholders.

- Must have a past experience in scaling a company or organization.

- Knowledge and proficiency with lean start-up methods.

- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, and metrics

Qualification:

- Full-time Engineering / Masters from Tier 1 institutes (IIT, NIT, IIM, ISB etc.).
