JD for Creative Resource:
- Should have flair for design aesthetics & should be fashion conscious.
- Should have worked for fashion & lifestyle brands. - preferably Vogue / Elle
- Should have creative bent of mind and eye for detail - and understand online business requirements
- Ability to deliver high quality creative output on banner/promo/mailer design layout.
- Should be able to manage a team of designers & align work in a manner to ensure deadlines are maintained
- Should possess good leadership & communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand event/promo requirements & design communication (banners/mailer) creative. - with business objective in mind
- Seek event/promo details from the sourcing/marketing team with business expectations & background for the event.
- Manage a team of photo shop designers to bring out the expected designs & execute event/promo strategy.
- Responsible to name events/campaigns/promos in-line with the merchandise in the event/shop so as to help sourcing team achieve business objectives.
- Should be a peoples person with willingness to be available to the team on mail/call during stretched hours or weekends.
- To ensure freshness is maintained at the shop across events with ability to maintain high standards of presentation.
- To network with Studio Team on requirements of banners shots for event campaigns.
- To network with copy/content team and the upload team on event launches.
- To be able to acknowledge forecasts and delegate work amongst the team equally with an aim to achieve SLA- s
