Hiring for Human Resources Department

Experience: Minimum 1 to 5years (Bulk/Lateral Hiring)

Job Location: Santacruz West.

Qualification: Graduate, Post graduate-MBA/PGDM (HR)

Work from office Mon to Sat 6 days working (2 & 4 Saturdays Off)

Shift Timings 9:30 Pm to 06:30 Pm.

Key Skills Require:

- Bulk/ lateral hiring into sales and marketing profiles.

- Screening resumes, Scheduling interviews, Sourcing from job portals.

- Team management/Coordination.

- Excel and Word.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Experienced into bulk/lateral hiring for sales & marketing mid to senior level.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Responsible for handling the entire end to end recruitment life cycle.

- Responsible for creating recruiting and interviewing plans for each open position.

- Work closely with the hiring manager to develop a position profile

- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates

- Responsible for job posting, advertisements, and pre-screen resumes

- Scrutinize the database for suitable candidates.

- Arrange the interviews of candidates with the managers

- Handle walk-ins and interact with them regarding their career perspectives.
