- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should have handled B2B sales of non-standardised products (in order of preference - Dry commodities, ingredients, other agri commodities
- Should have handled clients who use his/her supplies as an input or raw material into their production process.
- Be well versed in the B2B sales process - should be able to map stakeholders in the B2B decision making process, and identify and manage relationships with decision makers & influencers.
- Plus if has relationships with buyers in companies dealing in F&B production, snacks, spices / food ingredients, re-packers and resellers.
- Crisis management: troubleshoot day to day issues and close issues timely.
- Manage AR within agreed TOT.
- Experience managing a short (non-exchange) physical trading book will be a plus
