- Brand awareness, Building strategies for Brand development
- Building strong Marketing programs/campaigns to drive engagement with the target audience
- Plan Marketing activities for new product launches
- Marketing Expenditure Budget management and reporting
- Leading Direct Marketing team (cross functional team of Nutritional Consultants, Sales Representatives, VET & Breeder managers), for the implementation of marketing activities across all channels: Veterinarians, Breeders, Pet shops.
- Planning of in-store and guerrilla activities on the field
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Responsible for Farmina eShop and WebApps
- Collecting feedback from the field and improvement on direct marketing activities
- Organization of meeting, training programs, events, product launches etc.
- Market research, keep updated with current industry trends and competitor's analysis
Ideal Candidate:
- Master's Degree/MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institute
- At least 3 years of Experience in Marketing preferably from FMCG /Cosmetics/ Premium brands marketing /aligned industry in trading or retail business model.
- Digital Marketing / E-commerce KPI's knowledge;
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords and Facebook campaigns
Traveling required : yes as per business requirement
