Responsibilities :
1) First principle thinking; the ability to build products from scratch and the vision to scale it
2) Astute customer understanding; customer focused approach to solving problem
3) Deep interest in behavioral economics and how to leverage it to solve for human motivation
4) Focus on talking to customers to get an intuitive understanding of how they think and behave
5) Data oriented approach, a key eye for numbers, market insights and an appetite for business context and metrics. And A/Bs
6) Effective communication skills; the ability to articulate and evangelize product vision, strategy priority and - Go to market plans- in a compelling manner
7) Owner mentality; willingness to take initiatives, the accountability to dive closure, tenacity and grit
8) The ability to collaborate with cross functional teams yet the assertiveness and influence to rally people around - right products
Qualifications :
1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
2) 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience.
3) Worked on complex cross functional products and has gone through the whole product journey of defining strategy to driving go to market
4) Proficient with data structures and able to work on SQL, Metabase/CleverTap/Amplitude/Mixpanel
