Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor life cycle end-end
- Assessment of manpower contract vendors and on-boarding them in coordination with the TA team.
- Be the SPOC for the organization to the vendors
- Explore new vendors for tools and approaches to improve efficiency in hiring process
- Maintain documents & templates, share updated versions for team's reference
- Maintain & update JD repository
- Regular assessment of vendor performance and report necessary realignment.
- Ensure all data and documents are provided regularly to the compliance team.
- Conducting monthly meetings with Vendors.
- Design and revisit processes to improve overall quality of deliverables of vendor management function and to ensure cost optimization.
- Review reports which need to be sent to Business, Finance, HR etc.
- Preparation of Monthly Dashboard for Vendor Management.
- Assisting the Manager in preparation of monthly/quarterly updates.
- Participating in organization level projects in HR
Experience & Knowledge:
- 7-10 years experience
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Action plan development.
- Negotiation skills
- Assertiveness.
- Financial and business analysis skills.
- Presentation skills.
