Associate Product Owner - Logistics
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech, CSM/CSPO certifications preferred
Experience: 3-5 years experience in Scrum Team and Product Development
Preference: Industry exposure in B2B, enterprise, or SaaS space, having logistics domain knowledge
Responsibilities:
Summary: As the owner of client enhancements or bug requests, the Associate Product Owner is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by timely resolving and delivering client requirements (enhancements or bugs).
Details:
- Deep dive into issues raised by current clients and provide solutions to the engineering team, aligning product management clusters.
- Pick, maintain, groom & prioritize client success backlogs on the basis of impact or urgency level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering leads, developers, product managers, and client services to provide the best solutions within optimal timelines.
- Drive stories, enhancement requests, or reported bugs to a logical end, aligning the engineering, product, and client services teams.
- Partner with Client Services to improve account health, and NPS and to find client-specific revenue-generating opportunities.
- KPIs to control: Increase NPS, reduce backlog count, improve client account health, and decrease TAT of processes within the client success team.
