Coding skills still hands on plus team handling experience of 30 plus team members.

- 12+ years strong technical experience of the Web and relevant technologies and languages (JavaScript/jQuery, ASP.NET, DNS, MS SQL, IIS, CMS, MVC and Design Patterns)

- 5+ years technology management experience leading multiple teams consisting of of Software Engineers, UX Designers and QA engineers.

- Demonstrated experience in Object Oriented Design and Application / Systems architecture.

- Strong understanding of XML Web Services and WCF Services and related technologies (XML, AJAX, multithreading, MVC, MVP).

- Very strong understanding of ASP.NET web platform such as web forms/ MVC, Layered architecture, design patterns and Caching technologies in .NET.

- Expertise in architecting, designing and developing highly scalable large scale web based systems and available applications.

- Strong experience in producing very high quality software and works with the development team to perform code optimization at every layer or line of code with performance in mind for delivering high performance software.
Must have strong experience in relational databases, Business Intelligence and Analytical Reporting
Strong Project Management experience using Agile / SCRUM Methodologies

- Must have strong experience in using Visual Studio 2010 / 2012, Team Foundation Server Source Control, tools such as code coverage (NCover), FXCOP, Code Analyzer/ profiler (ANTS Profiler, AVI Code) and unit testing tools

- Experience working with an Online Ecommerce website (Travel Industry will be a huge plus)
