- Performance / Social Marketing - Understanding of social marketing and performance marketing in the new age for the Gen-Z and what drives / amplifies the Artist-Fan engagement
- Communication Skills - Bring clarity to the entire team about what we are trying to solve and why; and be able to lead a group of people through influence. Ability to communicate at all levels within the company and represent the company external.
- Analytical Skills - Comfortable in solving problems and taking decisions through the use of data; yet able to move forward in absence of perfect data.
- Thinking Big and Small - Able to zoom out and view the larger picture as well as be able to focus on the tiny details.
- Growth Marketing - Always on the lookout for ideas to create virality of the product and grow the community through innovative means
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience managing social / performance marketing for a B2C / D2C company
- Experience building communities is a plus
- Experience with performance marketing (Google Adwords / Facebook / Instagram / Twitter)
