Fancymonk Technologies is a marketplace for Corporate/Industrial catering with an aim to uplift the catering community. We are looking for determined and dutiful professionals to join our mission.

Role:

Operations Managers/Asst. Managers are the face of the company when it comes to our suppliers and customers. Hence it's very important that we bring in professionals who celebrate an obsession for customer success.

Operations Managers/Asst Managers at Fancymonk work in various teams:

Supply Growth - Ensures to build the supplier/caterer community for Fancymonk.

Supply Engagement - Ensures suppliers adhere to service levels for our clients.

Pilot/Launch team - Plans launches of new clients with reporting management and ensures smooth and robust end-to-end execution.

Client engagement team - Ensures Client expectations are met, solves issues with a root cause analysis approach, retains the client and looks for opportunities to grow our business within the client premises or through their references.

Day to day activities of an Operations Manager/Asst. Manager at Fancymonk would involve one or many of the following:

1) Meet supplier, solve escalations and pre-empt future ones from happening.

2) Meet Client, check their satisfaction on our service and execute resolutions wherever necessary.

3) Ensure SLAs are met with for whichever client they are looking after. SLAs would be on basis of punctuality, quality, quantity and hygiene and presentation.

4) Look for opportunities to streamline operations wherever applicable.

5) Look for new things to learn every day from the industry and fellow colleagues.

Experience preferred :

1) 0-4 years.

2) Food and Beverage industry experience would be a plus.

3) Logistics Industry experience would be a plus.

Skills Required:

1) Must be effortlessly skilled in MS Office suite.

2) Need to have appropriate business communication skills.

3) Problem-solving by means of Analytical thinking, data-savvy decision making and process oriented mindset is an absolute must.

Compensation:

Market standard compensation with allowances.

Note: The candidate will have frequent visits to Client and Supplier locations for meetings. He/She must have access to a two-wheeler at-least.
