Job Description:

The candidate will be integral part of the structured credit / private credit team and will be working closely with the Head of Private Credit in overseeing overall portfolio, evaluate investment opportunities, preparing reports and presentations and support in day to day portfolio activities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in areas of structured credit, fixed income category, real assets through reits and invits.

- Analyzing financial statements, business models, preparing and working on financial models.

- Good understanding of structured debt/Corporate lending deals and risk assessment.

- Tracking financial performance against Market performance and updating the management.

- Maintaining MIS and tracking efficiently.

Desired Candidate should possess:

- The candidate should have a master's in finance from Tier 1 institute and/or a CFA/CA

- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in credit evaluation of opportunities either in performing or stress or special situation.

- Strong analytical skills, good risk assessment approach and an ability to pay attention to detail, and persistence to dive deep into a research or diligence process.

- Candidates with excellent fundamental corporate credit analysis skills.

- Candidates possessing exceptional technical and analytical skills -financial modelling, underwriting skills, company research, and investment memo preparation.
