Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and execute a strong performance marketing strategy
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with key stakeholders to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Leading efforts for cross-promotion and marketing of new FairMoney products across applicable audiences;
- Staying current with industry innovations, trends, and best practices across functional areas;
- Ensuring customer data policies and FairMoney's privacy policy are enforced.
Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree with 2+ years of experience ideally in fintech/payments/E-commerce/ tech environment with strong performance/digital marketing and growth background;
- 2+ years experience in growth/acquisition/ performance Marketing/affiliate marketing (Google,Facebook Ads,PPC, SEO, social media and other digital channels) is a must
- You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow through on projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency, possessing a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and objectivity;
- Willingness to build meaningful partnerships with all departments and levels of the organization and to effectively communicate information and concepts to different skill levels and personalities;
- Strong self-direction with proven ability to - think on your feet- and take appropriate actions;
- You have excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability; the ability to answer unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects to a conclusion;
- You have strong analytical skills with the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
- You are self-directed, organized and detail-oriented as well as have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
