About the Role : As Director of Analytics, you will have an opportunity to define the strategy and develop the Analytics practice for Factspan. The role requires the individual to have ownership across Delivery, Stakeholder engagement, people development and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Delivery Excellence :

- Define, develop, deploy and ensure adoption of the frameworks and standards to provide excellence across each of the projects.

- Continuously identify and analyze the shortcomings, figure out the root causes and deploy the changes

Revenue Management :

- Accountable for the revenue from the Current engagements and enhance the revenue from current stakeholders

- Support the Account Management in growing the accounts by providing the thought leadership through POVs and innovative solutions

People Development :

- Develop and build a team of high performing professionals by setting a high bar for onboarding and continuous learning

- Identify the skills and technologies required for the future and develop the plans to enhance these competencies.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of overall experience in Analytics / Business functions or experience in Management Consulting

- M.tech / B.Tech or Masters in Statistics/Mathematics or any quantitative domain, or MBA from a premier institute

- Excellent analytical abilities: Data driven with attention to details. Proficient in quantitative analysis, statistical/data science techniques.

- People management skills: Ability to build, lead and mentor large teams of analysts,

- Prior experience in working with senior business leaders and acting as their thought partner

- Demonstrated ability of ownership and accountability to drive business metrics through analytics
