About the Role : 


- We are looking for a competent HR leader to Lead & Drive the HR function as we create a High-Performance Driven Organization. This position has high accountability and visibility to Company's Growth Strategies and reports to the India Head of Operations. We want candidates who can accomplish and prove that they are leaders, strategic thinkers, effective people managers and problem-solvers.

- Leading this function mandates the seeker to display exemplary thinking, self-initiated approach, attitude, and capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Planning & Strategy : 

- Plan Human Resource strategies in support of organizational goals

- Collaborate with management team to create and enable the structures to support the company's vision and mission

- Manage organizational change to increase employee satisfaction and productivity

Operations & Execution : 

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

- Develop HR plans and policies (Performance, Compensation, R&R etc) and analyze the effectiveness

- Create an enriching work culture and work towards sustaining it

- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices

- Structure competitive compensation packages, and measure their success

- Prepare reports to the top management using business metrics and KPIs

Key Criteria to be considered as part of overall experience of candidate :

- Prior experience of creating and setting up HR Operations and processes

- Experience of having worked in uncertain / ambiguous situations as well as possessing ability to drive assertive decisions

- Being part of having driven Business transition / transformation of critical functions in an organization

- Should have Global Business understanding and work exposure to India and US geographies

Qualification & Experience: 

- 3-5 years of experience across various HR functions.

- Proven experience in senior HR roles preferably in IT/Consulting /Professional services organizations

- Knowledge of local and international HR laws & policies

- Master's degree in HR from a premier college

- Deep knowledge of HR functions (HR Ops, Comp & Ben, Talent management, PMS, Org Design etc.)

- Possess strong analytical/logical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Well-organized with excellent leadership qualities and interpersonal skills

- Excellent Verbal/Written communication
