Factory Production Manager - Chemicals

- Candidates preferred from a Chemical or metallurgical company/ background.

- Experience in Asset optimisation, Project Management, Operations & Maintenance.

- Managing 2 production lines for the recycling battery plant

- Exposure in process automation & machine automation application engineering along with instrument installation, pre- commissioning & commissioning of various electrical & instrument equipment's.

- Proven skills in Project Management; managed the multiple portfolios as per the core business objectives; developed internal project management tool and drafted SOW by identifying Scope, Schedule, Budget and Resource plan

- Executed a wide variety of maintenance and repair work in relation to the maintenance, and repairs of boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, and building equipment and infrastructure in general.

- Adding value to the efforts of the organization and drove organizational objectives by successfully driving operational excellence, deploying innovative process automation solutions, building strategic client communication plans, reducing cost, formulating SOPs, and enhancing skills of the team.

- Executing project management tasks by managing project scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget.

- Providing engineering design and related services that supported company's design-build construction business/group managed pre-construction planning and services
