Factory/Plant Head (Senior Management Role) - Food MNC based in West Africa

Responsibilities :

Need prospects ONLY from FOOD INDUSTRY.

- To manage & improve the day to day factory operations.

- To work within the limits prescribed by the Business plan with full accountability for the achievement of KPI's.

- To mentor the Factory operations with the following :

a) Managing overall Budgets

b) Controlling Quality & Quality Management Systems

c) Improve the OEE of the plant by driving asset utilization and reducing downtime

d) Improve the supply chain effectiveness

e) Compliance on Safety, Health and Environmental Issues

f) Facilitating the development and implementation of a learning environment & technology

g) Ensuring effective communication at all levels, internally and externally

- To manage all external production partners and business partners

- To lead & align to all MATS ( Manufacturing and Technical Services ) guidelines.

- To implement Lead Enterprise initiatives, which add value to the business.

- To take a continuous improvement approach to all activities.

- To provide effective leadership and communication, internal and external.

- To develop and maintain effective relationships: - suppliers; employees; community; local government; regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
