Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the factory to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve operational performance.
- Manage and lead a team of production supervisors and staff to achieve production targets and goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous operational excellence.
- Handle resource planning, budgeting, and allocation to meet production demands.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement within the factory.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/BE in Chemical Engineering, MBA or Project Management will be plus.
- 15 to 20 years of experience in the operations field, preferably within the agrochemicals industry.
- Proven experience in optimizing production processes and improving operational efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in resource planning, budgeting, and project management
