Factory Manager/Manufacturing Head - Paint Industry

- Daily routine factory manufacturing operation activities

- Plan for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly manufacturing

- Process control and coordination with production and other department and plan for best utilization of the plants

- Optimum utilization of the available resources like man, machine and materials

- Monthly report generation

- Maintenance of ISO documents

- Maintenance of other documents

- Vendor development in coordination with purchase

- Calibration of each and every equipment- s

- Maintenance of House-keeping

- Maintenance of health, safety and environment and adherence of PPE usage of the plant personnel

- Liaison with the government departments

- Negotiation skill with the labor union, if any

- Maintenance of optimum stocks at the factory level like raw materials, packing materials and finished goods

- Maintenance of production cost and cost reduction, if possible

- Maintenance of ETP

Required Profile :

- Factory Manager for Decorative Paint unit.

- Qualification : B.E or M.Sc. with 15 years experience in Paint production.

- With last five years being incharge of Paint unit.

- Experience in decorative water based paint is must.

- Must have practical knowledge and competence to handle both Production and Maintenance

- Should possess excellent knowledge of thelatest trends in the industry

- Experience in implementation of ERP in manufacturing

- Good Leadership & Team management skills

- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

- B-Tech/BE Paint technology or chemical technology from a reputed institute
