1. Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management from reputed College
2. 7-10 years of experience in HRBP with a good brand, preferably from Manufacturing or engineering org having Labour Trade Union set up.
3. Knowledge on Factory & Labour Laws and exposure to LTS settlement is an added advantage.
4. Needs to have a flair and understanding for IR. Ability to speak Gujarathi is a must.

- Strong succession pipeline for N-1/2 leadership positions

- Ensuring Factory compliances related to all Factory/ Labor Laws
- Coordinate with Statutory authorities/ bodies & timely filing/ submissions of returns proactively.
- Foster and nurture a smooth Industrial relations climate by working closely with the Union / Shop floor team in ensuring right behaviors/ discipline.
- Promoting an orderly but friendly work environment to increase the productivity of the employees.
- Handling / dealing with employee complaints, grievances and resolve it timely/ proactively and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace
