Factory Manager/GM - Production/Ops - Mfg

We are search firm and searching for a Factory Manager for a leading APPAREL MANUFACTURER in India with a turnover of Rs300 Cr. They have approx 250 exclusive retail outlets in the country and have tie ups with big key accounts like Shoppers Shop,Life Style , Reliance,Trends, Ritu Wear,Ebony, Chunmun,Spencer etc. They have decent presence in dealer network as well across country .

They have 7 manufacturing units spread over 100,000sq feet of area in Delhi NCR.

Designation -Factory Manager/GM PRODUCTION & OPERATION - APPAREL MANUFACTURING

LOCATION- NOIDA (Overall responsible for 4 manufacturing units )

The Role -

This role will involve supervising all production and operation activities at different manufacturing units .The knowledge of operation and production in readymade garment manufacturing and process flow is necessary . Needs to be team player and good at people handling skills .

Candidate

- 10-25 yrs exp in textile manufacturing-preferably woven.

- Textile engineering / diploma from reputed university.

- Should be able to handle 3-4 manufacturing units.

- Expertise in all process-like fabric store, accessories store- fabric cutting fabric stitching “ kaj button “ embroidery “ washing “ pressing finishing and packing.

- Already working in a reputed organization as factory head.

- Exposure to MS office and ERP,Exposure to central excise compliances.

- Able to achieve time lines and control over movement of material at different stages at factories
