Factory Manager

1. Coordinating the operations with various departments concerned with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Finance, Production Scheduling, Logistics, Procurement, Warehousing Activities throughout a Manufacturing Plant.

2. Preparation and execution of annual operating plan and

3. Ensure that all Goods are produced to meet all Customer Product Orders (Local & Export)

4. Monitor and set the quality standards of product

5. .Building & Maintaining Strong & Effective Relationships with Suppliers & Vendors.

6. Inventory control & management.

7. Preparation of SOP's and documentation of process protocols

8. Ensure the compliance of various local, state, central regulation bodies

9. Coordination in all kind of audits i.e. food, finical, safety.

10. Maintain the relationship with key internal and external stakeholders

11. Assistance in new product launches

12. Preparation and submission of MIS reports

13. Responsible for CMUs in different locations with in Karnataka & India

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :

- B.Tech /M.Tech Food Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer.

- Good exposure to PPC (Production planning & Coordination) & ERP.

- 8-10 yrs experience in a manufacturing plant in senior position

- Minimum 5 years' experience handling large teams.

- Sound knowledge in Statutory compliance /Costing/ Food security/FSMS/Industrial safety knowledge

- Should be able to multi-task

- Kannada language is must
