Factory Manager - FMCD

We are seeking a Factory Manager for a D2C in the FMCD sector

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met on time and within budget.

- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to meet industry standards and customer specifications.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability.

- Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production performance, workforce efficiency, and other key metrics for senior management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to support overall business objectives.
