The incumbent will be overall responsible for Factory Operations including Finance and HR.

- The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate from premiere institutes like IIT's, NIT's, BITS, Pilani etc. with 9 - 14 yrs of experience in Manufacturing, Production and Engineering with a reputed CPG / FMCG / Chemical Company. Out of which he should have at least 1 - 2 yrs of experience in Factory Operations.
