Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all factory operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.

- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and production staff to achieve production targets.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.

- Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and customer demands.

- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials.

- Prepare and manage budgets, and report on production metrics and performance.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Over 20 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.

- Extensive experience in production management and process optimization.

- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and achieving production targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in industry-specific fabrication of Industrial fans /compressor/dampers/air pollution control
