Size of the team:
Direct reporting - 2 to 3 Team members.
Qualification Required:
BE- Chemical/ Mechanical/Industrial/Production/B.Tech / M.Tech (Food/ Dairy) with Black Belt certified from recognized organization.
Experience Required
Total experience more than 5 years.
- Hands on experience on implementing Operational excellence/Manufacturing Excellence in a factory atmosphere.
- Driving Six-Sigma implementation in operation and sound understanding of advanced statistical tools (Black belt level)
- Good exposure of TPM implementation in a factory.
- Exposure to Lean implementation with hands on expertise on VA - NVA studies, SMEDs.
- Solid experience of managing Production Lines& delivering production targets.
- Effective People handing skill, Shop floor management.
- Managing team& delivering breakthrough results.
- Self-motivated frontrunner with good training, coaching,and felicitation skills.
- Experienced professional to lead/manage change management in factory.

Job Responsibility (8- 10 Key ones) Responsible for managing
- Factory Capacity and De-bottlenecking initiatives with existing/ new products.
- Delivering operational efficiency through
1. Factory Asset Intensity/OEE improvement.
2. Adhering Line labour standards, executing productivity improvement study& implementation of action plans.
3. Driving factory Cost of production improvement projects.
- Leading Goal Alignment & Focused Improvement Pillar and ensuring TPM/Lean acceleration/Implementation as per plan with smooth co-ordination with others Factory TPM Pillar Leaders and Market Pillar Leaders.
- Driving Problem solving projects through DMAIC philosophy and right application of Six Sigma & Lean tools in 5 dimension of manufacturing excellence.
- Ensuring year on year delivery of OPEX saving (2% of Factory's cost of production).
- Competency building of factory team on Problem solving methodology (Six-Sigma tools) through creating White Belts, Yellow Belts & Green Belts as an integral part of organization's continuous excellence drive.
- Ensuring smooth operation of Industrial performance systems like SAP Production Module, Stoppages Analysis Module, Capacity summarization tools, NSAT, I-Nexus etc.
- Driving Goal Alignment/Hoshin planning/Policy deployment in the factory.
- Leading Change to accelerate Nestl- Continuous Excellence.
- Leveraging internal platforms for sharing and cross fertilizing operational good practices.
