We are seeking to Identify Factory HR/IR Manager - Hyderabad for one of the leading multinational company.
Looking at an incumbent with strong exposure in Plant HR/IR currently or in past.
Location : Hyderabad
Role :
- Ensure healthy and effective IR environment through union engagement and evolving practices at the factory
- Prevent the Multi-union scenario at Site by closely working on strategic IR initiatives.
- Management of the training infrastructure & processes for the site operations.
- Overview of site administration through Assistant Manager Facilities.
- Ensure compliance of all statutory compliances relevant to permanent and contractual labour.
- Maintain good relations with relevant external regulatory bodies like labour department.
- Ensure complete & capable manning at factory so as to enable timely & quality production. Drive capability building agenda for workmen, performance management systems.
- Undertaking actions to ensure maximum employee engagement.
- Ensure, maintain and update local auditable procedures.
It is crucial that the incumbent cultivates and nurtures a high quality relationship with the department heads on the location. Also, work closely with other factory HR managers to drive standardisation, and with Corporate HR team.
