Factory HR Manager - FMCG - South

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Factory HR Manager for a Large FMCG, which can be based anywhere in South.

- Post Grad in Personnel / HR with 8-10 years of work experience in the Factory IR & HR in an FMCG..

- Candidate with knowledge in Local Language is mandatory

- Since this role is a part of the Factory Leadership Team, hence someone with a robust IR background, will be preferred.

- Anyone more than 10 years of work experience will be disqualified for this role.

The Job :

1) Development and ensuring healthy Union-Management relationships in the factories.

2) LTS with alignment to industry practices.

3) Legal compliance to maintain good employee relations in the Factory.

4) Managing Industrial disputes

5) Providing a framework for improvement of organisation culture develop conceptual framework, and implement OD strategies.

6) Action planning and driving major change initiatives like World Class Manufacturing, Future of Work etc.

7) Need to drive the initiatives and projects aiming for sites integration and collaborative work along the extended supply chain.
