Executive Hiring is looking for a Unit HR Manager for one of the Large MNC FMCG's, based at Assam ( North East ).
A Post Grad in Personnel Mgmt. with at least 8-10 years of strong IR and HR Background in an FMCG, Manufacturing outfit of repute.
KRA's -
Execute the HR strategy for the Factory, which includes.
- HR strategy for the future business direction.
- Factory HR goals / IR and Engagement at Unit
- Factory strategy to deal with Union's.
Executing & handling Industrial & Employee Relations
- strategy to deal with Union's.
- strategies to engage union & union committee members.
- Implementing strategies for engagement of union and unionized employees through involvement
- Assist in Wage negotiations - Development of Wage briefs, Supporting in developing Negotiations strategy with team. Assisting in the Negotiation process.
Acting as a Business Partner for the Factory
- compliance and quality in performance & skill assessment
- Supporting the Factory Manager for compliance of all performance management activities- Ensuring
Quality and Timeliness
- Ensuring manpower availability of 100% at the shop floor (permanent & contract labour)
- controlling absenteeism
- Designing Annual Training Calendar, drafting monthly training plan & monitoring compliance
- Regular formal and informal interaction with workmen, Union Leaders and opinion makers to maintain harmonious environment in the unit
