Job Responsibilities

- Manage peaceful labour environment, Wage and Benefits discussions, Employee engagement and Legal Compliance.Maintain cordial Management-Employee relation .Pro-active Industrial Relations and Grievance Handling.

Candidate Profile

- Post Graduate in Human Resources (Regular) with strong exposure in Employee Relations from an Unionized Environment and Exposure to WorldClass HR Practices . Should have worked in a Labour Intense Manufacturing Facility in and around Chennai .

Age should not be above 40 .
