The incumbent should be a full time MBA in HR / MSW or Equivalent with excellent communication skills with around 12 to 16 years of experience in Plant HR&IR including Wage Negotiations, Long term settlement, Employee Welfare, HR Policies , Union Management and Legal compliances etc in a large / mid size manufacturing Company.
The incumbent will be responsible for Plant HR & IR including -:
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, safety regulations etc.
- Managing employee relations, employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs and Employee Communication.
- Managing HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
- Performance management of the employees and assist in salary planning
- Steer HR-related projects and initiatives throughout the year, maintain HR-related spreadsheets, update and distribute it on a predetermined schedule
- Managing dispute resolutions and developing labour policies
