- To plan, organize and assist in effective implementation of HR policies.
- Responsible for communication and implementation guidelines, policies, processes, interventions across the unit
- Plan, organize and implement talent management activities for employees.
- To organize and deliver learning interventions on Goal Setting & Performance Management/Talent Mgmt.
- Ensure implementation of employee effectiveness initiative such as wellness programs, quality of life, and organizational effectiveness interventions across the unit.
- To drive the hiring process for new/vacant position which includes sourcing, interviews, comp negotiations, Ref Check, Medical & Offer Letter Role out.
- To drive capability building initiatives among Managers for performance differentiation, Feedback. Development Dialogue etc.
- Compensation Management & Payroll Management.
- Updating of Structures and Job Descriptions in the system as and when required.
- To prepare Rewards/Recognition schemes as per the need of the Business and ensure its implementation.
- Develop the HR capability of own team through conscious experience, exposure and skill-building initiatives
