Factory Finance Manager

- The incumbent will be responsible for Maintaining updated & error free books of accounts as per applicable accounting principles with complete ownership of the Trial Balance, SKU costing and Variance analysis.

- Ownership of explaining cost of production, ensuring Propriety of expense, Statutory compliance, Safeguarding assets of the company, instituting Internal control and Internal check systems, Audits, Document management, CAPEX management, Business performance management, Risk & Opportunity Management, Information management and Business Partnering.

- Complete ownership of unit trial balance and Off-balance sheet items.

- Reconciliations (bank, RNV, local vendors, scrap vendors inventory, prepaid excise duty).

- Physical checking of inventory.

- STAT/TAX/Consolidation audits for units.

- Ensure unit team performs cut off activities as per closing calendar.

- Structure cost review, reporting & provisioning.

- Month end & ad hoc reporting to Planning & Control Team.

- Statutory : GST/PF/ESI/VAT/Holograms/Label registrations.

- Inter-company : Funds Transfer/Cab procurement by TBU/TMA income.

- Preparation of Unit budgets.

- Internal audits management.

Qualification And Experience :

1. CA with 5+ years of post-professional qualification experience in Finance, Accounts and Direct and Indirect Taxation with a reputed Manufacturing Company.

2. Superior analytical and thinking skills; intellectual rigor and curiosity; problem-solving capability.

3. Technical capability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operations data/reports.

4. Solid working knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Working knowledge of pronouncements of external regulatory bodies, such as the Financial Accounting Standards Board, SEC, IRS, etc. Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge.

5. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of corporate financial policies, procedures, and systems is highly preferred.

6. Strong MS Office Skills.

7. Strong ERP and business process knowledge

8. Strong communication skills to interface effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrates professional presence and communicates articulately and confidently.
