Factory Finance Manager - FMCG

Position : Factory Finance Manager

Location : Baddi

Organization : Leading FMCG (MNC)

Experience required : CA/MBA (Finance) only 2010-2011 batch. If ICWA then 2007-2009 batch.

- Exp. in preparing capital budgets for the plant

- Exp. in compliance of factory related statutory Laws (Commercial Laws)

- Exp. in maintaining Costing systems & processes, product costing is preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintaining accounting process and system hygiene with adherence to SOP’s

- Month end closure, review and MIS reporting.

- Trial balance and Schedule review

- Maintain costing systems and support new product costing.

- Interaction with auditors (Statutory, Internal, Sox) including providing them with schedules and explanation.

- Ensuring that the records/returns required under various commercial laws are kept/submitted properly and up-to-date, and also ensuring that various commercial laws (eg: Excise, Sales Tax, VAT, TDS, Service Tax, Works Contract, etc) are complied with.

- Preparation of capital budgets for the unit. Evaluation of financial viability of capital investments and monitoring and controlling the capital spends

- Review of KPI’s at third party processing locations and financial control over operations.
