Factory Finance & Commercial Leader - FMCG - CA

Executive Hiring is looking for a Factory Finance and Commercial leader for an FMCG, based at Pune.

CA with 8-10 years of post qul work exp in an MNC FMCG with a relevant experience in financial and controlling management of the factory and supervise accounting and the information systems.

The role will be responsible for the end to end management of P&L (Profit and Loss).

The role -

- Pricing

- Delivery of profit 

- Engagement of plant teams to identify cost saving opportunities, and see to their execution

- Maintenance of balance sheet hygiene on Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payables and Receivables etc.

- Internal Audit Action Plan and Internal Control Action Plan within agreed timelines

- Direct & indirect Taxation and other Statutory Compliance
