Factory Commercial Manager - CA - Manufacturing

We are seeking to identify Factory Commercial Manager - Mumbai for our Multinational client.

The incumbent must be CA qualified with min 3 years exp in Factor Finance exp.

Role

Accounting

1. Budget Control of VCC and Fixed Cost

2. Factory P&L and Balance Sheet

3. Closing on Monthly basis, Monthly Schedules

4. Fiscal and A Form Audits

5. Tax Audits

6. Ownership of Trial Balance / Factory accounts

7. Product Costing, Product Margin Analysis, Process orders review on regular basis etc

8. Stock Valuation

9. Project expenditure, Capitalisation etc.

2. Control

1. Compliance to Internal control and laid down policies

2. Compliance to various laws including HR related

3. Custodian of Fixed Assets and other Factory Assets

4. Compliance to CSAT cycles of

1. Purchase to Pay

2. R&T

3. Production

4. Despatch

5. Management of Fixed Assets

6. Inventory Management

7. Toll Manufacturing

5. Co-ordinating Internal Audit by E&Y

6. Forecast of Fixed Cost and VCC.

7. Validation of Production accounting & costing

8. Critically examine expenditure pattern to identify cost savings and efficiencies

9. Initiate & co-ordinate cost saving and other project by identifying the potential of saving through synergy benefits and brainstorming intra and inter units.

2. Co-ordination with suppliers / Vendor Payable Centre

3. Negotiations with suppliers along with Procurement

4. Excise & Sales Tax - Forms/ assessments/Registers

1. Responsible for Store Management- RM and FG

2. Scrap Sales, Wastage analysis

3. Co-ordination with Toll Convertor / Job worker

4. Insurance of Factory assets including stock

6. Coordinate with Central Planner for production and material planning to meet the production plan.

7. Inventory Management though MRP implementation.

8. Monitoring of Working Capital of Factory

9. Develop Standard Cost of products

10. Various MIS for Head office and Factory

11. Assist WM in daily Factory Meetings/ reviews
