Job Description :

10-15 years of experience in :

- Managing the national real estate portfolio

- Managing Facility Management for all high rise residential complexes on the maintenance side.

- Improve efficiency, technology and delivery of facility management

- Lead the areas of core engineering, building maintenance & uptime assurance

- Ensure capacity optimization, best negotiation & contracting

- Implementation of best practices for energy & resource conservation

- Budgeting & controlling maintenance expenses

- Ensure complete compliance & liaisoning with Government & statutory agencies

- Responsible for Customer delight & User Interface

- Reporting analytical MIS for management decision making

- Team building & leadership

Education : B.Tech/M.Tech (Engineering) - Civil
