1. Project management for refurbishment / new office premises - Design finalisation, execution and coordination with PMC, Architects, Consultants and vendors. Tendering, Negotiation, and financial control of project activities.
2. Facility management - Operation & Maintenance of Security services, Housekeeping, Cafeteria services, Stationeries & Printing services and Courier services.
3. Vendor management and Material procurement: Responsible for payments to vendors/suppliers and staff members; Establish and maintain effective working relations with external parties (e.g. Vendors, Counter parts etc.) Cost control measures through better pricing and vendor management
4. Reconcile individual expense accounts with Budget control sheets on monthly basis. Control of all expenses and capital expenditure against Budget. Prepare Admin Budget.
5. Maintenance of Premises, Cleanliness, Security, Fixed Assets, Equipments, Old Records, Expenditures, Insurance Cover, AMC's etc. Ensure the pest control activities are done as per schedule
- Maintain all related records in an updated status.
- Compliance on time with the internal guidelines, statutory requirements etc. Ensure replacement and renewals of Fixed Assets occur promptly.
6. Guide, control all the outsourced staff and review the current workflow & processes and recommend solutions to ensure optimum utilization of existing resources
7. Ticket bookings / Hotel Bookings & Guest House Bookings/ Car Hire
8. Instrument Procurements / Tariff Plans / Data cards / Access Control / Bill processing
