Facilities Manager- Mine Site (Senior Manager - Asst. General Manager) (11-25 yrs)

Few Pre - requisites for the profiles to be shortlisted is as follows:

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

- Any Degree with good written and verbal Communication Skills, house-keeping Skills, Interpersonal Skills, building maintenance Skills, Organisation Skills, Risk Taking, Multitasking, Flexibility and proven skills in the managing large facility like power Plants, Process Plants, Factories or Mines.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

- Ex-Service men with at least 5+ years in managing large industrial/mining facility in India or overseas.

- Working experience in Housekeeping, repairs & maintenance, environment and health management.

- Experience in quality management systems in the domain of facility management.

- Experience in dealing with own, sub-contracted/outsourced housekeeping workforce.

- Proficiency in Hindi and English with work experience in Bihar, Jharkhand Chhattisgarh is preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings and other facilities to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements.

- Manages the cleaning, waste disposal, catering, security and parking of each site, within the allotted budgets and keeping records and checklists.

- Develops and maintains team work among the housekeeping staff engaged through contract/sub-contract for effective execution of the standards established.

- Ensures the mine facilities including camps, quarters, hostels, offices, rental buildings meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.

- Oversees building projects, renovations or refurbishments and supports departments to relocate to new offices.

- Organizes employee events, national and festival day celebrations.

- Listens to employee feedback on the facilities, maintains log of such feedback and rectifies them.

- Communicates with the internal department teams regularly and ensures proper satisfaction across the project.

- Performs other decisions required to effectively manage the best-in-class facility standards.
