Facility Manager - Manufacturing

We are looking Facility Manager for one of the leading MNC in Bangalore

Education : BE/B.Tech-Mechanical or Electrical

Experience : 15-20 years

Candidates must from manufacturing companies and from Bangalore only or belongs to Bangalore

Skill sets : Technical Services like Clean Room, AHU and Air-Conditioning, DG sets, UPS Systems, Transformer, Electrical Services including all MV and LV Equipments, MEP Services, Civil repairs, Building Technologies Systems including BMS, Fire, IBMS etc

Also good to have knowledge on EHS, Effluent treatment, Local state government Statutory compliances

1. Spearheading the entire gamut of utility maintenance & plant maintenance (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil )

2. Facilitating audits of electrical safety, PCBs, fire safety, environment health safety, & internal quality team

3 Utilities & facilities O&M in order to ensure compliance and contribute to an optimum work environment.

4. Responsible for implementation of Utility & facility engineering program in compliance with all applicable regulations and policies, including FDA, safety and environmental.

5. Responsible for Govt. statutory compliances of utility section for Boilers,DG sets, Refrigeration, & HSD Tanks
