Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including maintenance, security, and safety
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and contractors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Develop and manage budgets
- Monitor and report on facility performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure the facility is in compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
