Job Title: Performance Management Manager - Email Marketing.

Location: Kharadi, Pune.

Shift Time: EST.

Reporting To: [Director - Digital Marketing].

Key Skills: B2B, ESP tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, etc), A/B testing. AI-driven email marketing, predictive analytics, and hyper-personalization strategies.

About the Role:

- We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Performance Management Manager - Email Marketing to build and optimize our entire email marketing and performance strategy from scratch.

- This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making-a leader who understands the latest tools, trends, automation, and best practices in email marketing and performance management.

- The ideal candidate should be able to architect a full-fledged, high-performance email marketing function, hire and mentor a team, and directly contribute to business growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must-Have:

- 5-10 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in a B2B or high-growth environment.

- Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact email marketing programs from scratch.

- Deep expertise in email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing for performance-driven optimization.

- Strong knowledge of ESP tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, etc.)

- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc) and data-driven decision-making.

- Hands-on experience with email deliverability best practices, IP warming, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).

- Ability to define, track, and optimize performance metrics (KPIs) for email campaigns.

- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset-always looking for new ways to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Performance Management:

- Design and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Overhaul existing email marketing efforts and build a data-driven performance management framework to measure and optimize success.

- Establish clear KPIs and performance benchmarks (open rates, CTRs, conversions, deliverability, revenue impact).

- Lead A/B testing, segmentation, and automation strategies to maximize engagement and retention.

- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through continuous experimentation and analysis.

Execution & Optimization:

- Develop targeted email workflows for different audience segments (prospects, leads, existing customers, churned users, etc.

- Implement advanced personalization techniques, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle email sequences to boost engagement.

- Leverage AI-driven automation and analytics tools for smart segmentation, retargeting, and predictive insights.

- Ensure high email deliverability and compliance with best practices (IP warming, domain authentication, spam regulations like GDPR/CCPA).

- Optimize email content and design for high engagement and conversion rates.

Technology & Innovation:

- Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and innovations in email marketing and CRM.

- Evaluate and implement the best-in-class ESPs (Email Service Providers), automation tools, and analytics platforms.

- Integrate email marketing efforts with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms for seamless reporting.

- Experiment with AI-driven content generation, predictive analytics, and hyper-personalization to enhance campaign performance.

Good-to-Have:

- Experience with AI-driven email marketing, predictive analytics, and hyper-personalization strategies.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates and dynamic content.

- Experience with lead nurturing and demand generation strategies in a B2B environment.

- Understanding of customer psychology and behavior-based email triggers.
