Facebook Ads Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- Create engaging and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and targeting parameters for improved performance.
- Monitor and adjust ad campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Implement advanced targeting techniques, such as custom audiences and lookalike audiences, to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Monitor daily spending, identify budget efficiencies, and allocate resources for optimal results.
- Provide regular budget reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Measure and optimize paid marketing using dashboards, Google Analytics, and Facebook reports
- Maintain daily reports for tracking performance
- Manage the Admin functionalities and User roles for the Business Manager Account
Required Skills:- Proven experience with running high budget Facebook Ads
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and advertising platform features
- Good knowledge of Facebook pixel and conversion tracking
- Good understanding of customer behavior
- Good knowledge of social media trends and latest information
- Experience drafting, testing, and optimizing ad copy (preferred, but not required)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Certification in Facebook or related credentials is a plus
