About the Role:

- We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Manager (DSA) to join our team in Coimbatore.

- In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students by leading the development and delivery of training programs focused on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DSA training program.

- Develop and maintain engaging and effective training modules for DSA concepts.

- Conduct comprehensive and interactive DSA training sessions for students.

- Mentor and guide students, helping them improve their problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.

- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure their success.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry and incorporate relevant content into training programs.

- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment with industry needs.

- Foster a positive learning environment that motivates and empowers students.

Required Skills:

- Deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

- Proven experience in training delivery and curriculum development (a plus).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Experience in team management (a plus).

- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
