Job Description:
- FACE Prep is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer Manager to join their growing team in Bengaluru.
- As the Technical Trainer Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the success of the training department, ensuring students receive the highest quality technical education and preparation for their tech careers.
Responsibilities:
Technical Training & Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of engaging and effective technical training programs.
- Identify industry trends and incorporate the latest technical skills into the curriculum.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical trainers, providing ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities.
Training Delivery:
- Deliver high-quality technical training sessions, leveraging various teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development for trainees.
Team Management:
- Recruit, onboard, and train technical trainers.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to improve training delivery and effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment within the training team.
Communication & Coordination:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with various stakeholders, including students, trainers, and academic leadership.
- Effectively manage client expectations and ensure alignment with training objectives.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics and student feedback.
- Continuously improve training programs based on data and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical training or instructional design role.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful technical training programs.
- Strong subject matter expertise in relevant technical areas. (Areas of expertise to be specified based on current needs)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor technical trainers.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or a closely related technical field preferred
