Role Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic Telugu Training Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of trainers delivering our comprehensive tech skilling programs.

- Lead and manage a team of Telugu trainers, providing guidance and support for effective training program delivery.

- Ensure smooth program execution by coordinating with other departments and handling administrative tasks.

- Prioritize client satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership and management experience.

Prior experience in the training and education sector (a plus in tech).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Telugu and English (written and spoken).

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience managing a team is a must.

A graduation or post-graduation degree in a relevant field is preferred.
