Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets, maximizing growth opportunities across your territory.
- Account Management & Relationship Building: Build strong and lasting relationships with top clients, nurture key accounts, and identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Product Champion: Drive product sales, market development, and competitor analysis, ensuring effective product differentiation and market positioning.
- Business Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct in-depth business intelligence gathering and competitor mapping to identify market trends, inform strategic decision-making, and optimize sales strategies.
-Travel & Territory Management: Travel extensively within your designated territory to manage existing accounts, develop new leads, and cultivate strong client relationships.
Forecasting & Revenue Growth: Provide accurate revenue forecasts and actively explore additional revenue streams to ensure consistent and sustainable growth within your territory.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed MBA degree (preferred).
Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the B2B sector.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitable growth objectives.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage clients at all levels.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
A strategic mindset and data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
