Territory Sales Manager - Job Description:
FACE Prep is an industry leader in Education Services and Skill Development. We serve educational institutions, corporate and students through a combination of classroom training, online platforms, and immersive content.
We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented sales ninjas to join our dynamic tribe.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Own revenue and profitability targets for a sales cluster, maximizing growth opportunities
- Drive product sales, market development, and competitor elimination
- Conduct business intelligence and competitor mapping for product differentiation
- Interact directly with top clients, nurture key accounts, and build relationships
- Travel extensively within the territory to manage accounts and find new opportunities
- Provide revenue forecast and explore additional revenue streams for growth
Requirements:
- Pursuing or completed MBA degree
- This will be a individual contributor role
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Passion for extensive travel within the territory
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills for effective client engagement
- Enthusiasm for marketing and business development, with a drive for new opportunities
- Strong execution orientation to implement sales strategies and deliver results
- Ownership and valid driving license for 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler vehicle (mandatory)
- Location: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka & NCR
