FACE Prep - Manager - Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.

- Coaching & Development: Mentor and coach individual team members, identifying strengths, addressing weaknesses, and helping them achieve their full potential.

- Training & Enablement: Lead and participate in the training and development of your team, ensuring they possess the necessary product knowledge and sales skills to excel.

- Target Setting & Performance Management: Establish clear and achievable sales targets for your team, and track individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and refine the sales process to ensure efficiency and maximize lead conversion rates.

- Sales Technology Expertise: Effectively utilize CRM and cloud telephony tools to streamline the sales process, manage leads, and track team performance.

- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain open communication with your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the B2B sector.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent sales growth.

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to provide clear and concise instructions.

Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent.

Solid understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.

Proficiency in CRM and cloud telephony tools.

Ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and create a positive and results-oriented environment
